At QuickVedic, we strive to deliver the highest quality astrological insights using our advanced AI models and traditional Vedic algorithms. Because our products are entirely digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we enforce a strict refund policy.

Digital Goods Policy

All reports generated by QuickVedic are digital products. Once a purchase is made and the report generation process begins, our systems instantly utilize computational resources to calculate planetary positions and generate your personalized reading.

Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, no refunds are possible at all under normal circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund once the digital delivery has commenced.

Exceptions for Technical Failures

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the very rare scenario of a complete technical failure on our end.

If you are charged for a report, but the report is not generated at all due to a server error or a critical bug in our system, and we are unable to manually generate and deliver the report to you within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical failure where the report was never delivered, please contact our support team immediately at hello@quickvedic.co.

Please include your transaction ID, the email address associated with your account, and a description of the error. We will investigate our server logs to verify the non-delivery. If the non-delivery is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via our payment processor (e.g., Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
